With the maturity of e-commerce industry and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,vertical services are gradually being valued.When Chinese culture spreads abroad,it will also accept foreign culture or other new things and introduce Japanese hand accounting culture.However,due to the imperfect service mode of the purchase of hand account goods,the purchase process of the user is too complicated,and the more detailed pain points are not well solved,which makes the user viscosity of hand account circle decrease year by year.Therefore,this work will study design circle vertical electric business platform,a hand account by rival bill purchase service model building,and community businesses,head for buyers and the three kinds of user service in the whole pattern,solve the delivery speed slow,clear,create invoices,the arrival of the goods delivery on new timely warning,complex operation and so on.Aiming at these problems,a purchasing service platform with security,efficiency and individualization is established.This article starts with the background of product TechoPay,the account by rival circle and its commodities,vertical electric business platform,hand the bill to buy way of investigation and analysis,in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey research,to users with respect to the manner of similar products to buy in-depth study,and then design the information architecture,task,process,low-fidelity interaction and visual expression,and according to the demand for the user to define new TechoPay mobile application products.In TechoPay design process can be fully realized the importance of "people" in the whole process of the user experience,in the development of the user,build new purchasing platform at the same time,through the efficient purchasing process and personalized service mode,deepened the user impression of the application products and word-of-mouth,thus gradually improve application products user stickiness,to create the brand and unique brand value.
