| With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,second-hand and idle goods trading has attracted the attention of the public,and become a new consumption way for young people to improve the utilization rate of goods and bring economic benefits and benefits.With the rapid development of mobile Internet applications,online second-hand transactions also develop.Different from offline trading,online second-hand trading is characterized by anonymity,information inequality and speculation,which is easy to cause consumers’ distrust of the trading environment.Therefore,improving consumers’ trust in second-hand trading platforms is a major factor to promote the continuous development of second-hand trading.Online second-hand trading APP is the main platform for consumers to buy and sell,so the use experience of APP greatly affects consumers trust in second-hand trading,and thus also affects users’ willingness to use second-hand trading APP.Based on SOR theory,this paper first proposes a hypothetical relationship model among user experience,trust and willingness to use.The user experience is divided into four dimensions:visual experience,content experience,interactive experience and security experience,and the experience design elements that affect trust are extracted from the existing trust model.Secondly,through KJ,brainstorming and card classification,the suggestions of experts and users on experience design elements are obtained to form the final evaluation index of experience design elements.Thirdly,after the measurement indicators of user experience,trust and intention to use are developed,the questionnaire is designed and distributed to obtain users’ actual feelings on the three variables of the secondhand trading platform.Through reliability and validity test,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the questionnaire data,the relationship among the four dimensions of user experience,user trust and intention to use is obtained.The mediation effect of trust on user experience and user intention is analyzed by the mediation effect test,so as to verify the overall trust design hypothesis model.Finally,the design strategy applicable to all second-hand trading platforms is summarized and the design practice is carried out.Through questionnaire survey,the credibility improvement effect brought by the design practice is tested,so as to verify the effectiveness of the design strategy. |
