“Customer is God” is a generally accepted view of customer attitudes in the business community.It can be seen that both domestic and foreign,the maintenance of customers and the establishment of customer relationships have been valued by everyone [1].In the traditional financial industry,customer development and maintenance is a gradual process,development is the first step,and even more difficult is the maintenance of customer relationships.The pain of traditional customer relationship maintenance,especially for large commercial banks,is often due to the loss of information and irregularities caused by the huge amount of customers.Therefore,the standardization and maintenance of customer information is a pain point in the management of commercial banks.Based on the management needs of commercial banks for VIP customers,this paper designs a commercial bank VIP customer management system,which includes six functions,namely VIP customer information management,VIP customer service management,VIP customer marketing management,VIP customer point consumption management.,VIP customer financial consulting management and VIP customer data statistics management.Firstly,it summarizes the research at home and abroad,and analyzes the deficiencies of the existing system and the areas to be improved.Then some basic theories and techniques of system development are expounded.Furthermore,the feasibility of system development is clarified,and the six functional requirements and two non-functional requirements of the VIP customer management system are analyzed.Then,the system design of the VIP customer management system mainly includes overall architecture design,software structure design,network structure design,functional structure design and database design.The functional structure design consists of six subsystems,and the database design includes conceptual design and logic design.Then there is the implementation part of the VIP customer management system,which lists some of the key system implementation interfaces.Finally,the function of the system was tested,and the summary and outlook of this paper.
