In the information age,the competition among enterprises has been recognized as the competition of talents,and from the point of view of enterprises,if we want to occupy a seat in the fierce competition for talents,we must attach importance to human resource management,especially the recruitment management.The talents required in different industries are different,and the focus of recruitment is different.ZhiXin Company belongs to the knowledge-intensive IT industry,so the improvement of its recruitment program also needs to focus on the talents such as software developers.First of all,this paper introduces the development course,strategic planning,organizational structure and departmental position of ZhiXin company,and makes an objective quantitative data analysis and subjective level satisfaction survey on the current situation of human resources and recruitment.Then the recruitment process,interview mode,recruitment completion,recruitment channels and recruitment needs of the reasons,such as a one-by-one combing,found there are numbers of problems in the recruitment process,recruitment channels and recruitment effectiveness evaluation.Through the theoretical knowledge study of a large number of periodicals,papers and investigation reports,the optimization principle of recruitment management scheme based on three levels is developed.The optimization principle of the recruitment process should take into account the integrity of the process,the accuracy of recruitment objectives,the reliability of recruitment standards and the scientific nature of recruitment tools;The optimization principle of recruitment channel needs to consider the objective,economy and maneuverability of optimization scheme,and the optimization principle of recruitment effect evaluation needs to consider the completeness of data index,the authenticity of statistical data,whether the results are fully applied.On the basis of defining the principle of optimization,combined with the actual development of the company,and with the industry's excellent companies to carry out a horizontal comparison,the existing problems have been improved.First of all,at the recruitment process level,optimize the job description,clear the recruitment selection criteria,the introduction of professional recruitment evaluation tools,the participation of non-human resources personnel involved in the interview,non-human resources managers of human resources management training.At the level of recruitment channels,new recruitment channels have been developed,the scope of recruitment has been broadened,the long-term maintenance of recruitment channels has been strengthened,and the brand image of employers has been actively established.In the recruitment effectiveness evaluation level,improved the process,and ensure data validity,regular Employment department satisfaction survey,and the evaluation effect put into practice.Finally,From the point of view of company management,Propose to safeguard the plan from the system,the organization,and the personnel level,To ensure the smooth implementation of the programme.Through the above series of measures,so that the recruitment system of Zhixin company has been improvement and improvement,recruitment process more complete and smooth,more diversified recruitment channels,recruitment effect evaluation more scientific and practical,in the level of human resources,for the long-term stable development of the company to provide a stronger support and protection.
