With the intensification of competition in the economic environment,enterprises are constantly making internal and external adjustments to improve their competitiveness.Especially in the recruitment,training,motivation and other aspects of employees,we continuously improve and improve work efficiency,in order to keep up with the company’s development speed and provide solid human support.Employees are one of the important resources for the long-term development of enterprises and the improvement of their competitiveness,so the competition in human resources is becoming increasingly fierce.Employees are an important factor for enterprises to seek development,so enterprises pay more attention to the introduction and recruitment of excellent employees,so the role of employee recruitment is also becoming increasingly important.JX Education Press,as a leader in the publishing industry,wholeheartedly publishes a large number of high-quality books for the people.But currently,JX Education Press has encountered some problems in employee recruitment,such as a single evaluation standard and an incomplete evaluation system.This article first elaborates on relevant theoretical foundations,and then analyzes and conducts research on the current situation of JX Education Publishing House’s employee recruitment work.It analyzes the employee structure of JX Education Publishing House and the recruitment situation in recent years,and conducts a preliminary analysis of JX Education Publishing House’s employee recruitment situation.Secondly,through methods such as literature review,questionnaire surveys,behavioral event interviews,and competency models,a thorough analysis is conducted on the shortcomings of JX Education Press employee recruitment,and a competency model for JX Education Press employee recruitment is established.Based on the current development situation of JX Education Press employees,a competency model based on competency elements is proposed,and finally,improvement measures for JX Education Press employee recruitment work are proposed.Optimize employee recruitment design from several aspects such as recruitment channels and assessment,propose optimization plans to improve employee recruitment,achieve high-quality development of JX Education Press,and also provide a template for other similar enterprises.
