Design And Implementation Of Integrated Property Management System Based On ASP.NET

Since the beginning of the new century,the great achievements in science and technology have been got.new technologies,new materials and new technologies are constantly emerging.These new high-tech achievements have been gradually applied to people's daily life.However,many information residential areas are not able to make full use of the advanced information platform because of the lack of safe,reliable and robust information management software after setting up the corresponding platform.In order to make residential property management work more efficient,and reduce the cost of property management,the residential property management system is specially designed.Before taking action to make programmer,it is necessary to find out some important things existing in the property management system,such as the development target,the construction situation of the intelligent residential quarter,the demands of owners and managements,and the place where needs improve.on the base of those,it is easy to understand the main function of Property Management System,which should be owned in the process of operation.the main function are as follows: meter reading,complaint management,security management,prepaid expenses,parking management etc.At the same time,it is also necessary to investigate and inquire the property company internal personnel,work flow,organizational structure,the staff's work demand and each department link.at the foundation of those,the residential property management system should be divided into several subsystems,such as room management subsystem,management subsystem,project management subsystem and so on.The design and implementation of the residential property management system fully took the actual work flow into consideration and try to make the function of residential property management system and the realistic demand in a line,which,at some extent,can alleviate the management pressure.In addition,it is need to know the technologies adopted by the current residential property management system,their respective advantages and problems.The system is based on the network B/S model,using ASP.Net as the development platform,using SQL Server as the database management system.The main function modules are as follows,Such as: user login,payment management,property management,repair management,complaint management,parking management and so on.The test results show that the system can basically meet theBusiness needs of the residential property company,and the module design concept can support the upgrade and maintenance of the system.To some extent,it is a good residential property management system.
