The Analysis Of D Software Company's Optimization Design Of Project Cost Control

The company's core competitiveness lies in its high-quality cost control ability.In recent years,the software industry in china has developed rapidly;however,the project cost control(pcc)in software companies is still a problem.In order to improve their core competitiveness,software companies should not only improve their technical development abilities but also develop their cost control abilities.D company is a software technological company,whose main business is information system integration.Their services not involve in the production and manufacture of hardware equipment and all the hardware equipment is purchased by outsourcing.At present,there is a huge problem in D's cost control ability which leads to the project cost incomplete and the project margin unreliable.This thesis mainly makes an optimized design for pcc through three research methods,including literature review method,earned value analysis method,and comparative analysis method.In this dissertation,the previous studies of pcc at home and abroad are firstly concluded.And then,the present situation of D's pcc are described and its problems are analyzed.After that,based on the earned value analysis method,the optimization design of pcc is established,and according to the optimized pcc,the project cost accounting comparison analysis of the completed project is carried out.Finally,the positive and negative impacts of the optimized pcc in D software company are analyzed and the assurance measures are presented.There are both advantages and disadvantages on D's optimization design of pcc.The problem that the project manager highly depends on the project's general control situation will achieve better results if the pcc is optimized again by the means of information management system in the future.At the same time,the optimized pcc also has certain significances for those companies which have project cost awareness,but their project cost control is not perfect.
