From the beginning of its birth,the stock market of our country has stipulated the stock of listed companies,that is,the circulating stock and the non-circulating stock.According to the analysis of the nature of the two stocks,we can see that the prices,interests and powers of the two stocks are different,and this situation is very unfavorable for the active stock market as a market economy.Since May 2005,after the introduction of the reform system of the non-tradable shares of listed companies,this phenomenon has been completely changed.Since 2005,China's stock division reform has been implemented for more than ten years.During this process,the non-tradable shares have been lifted continuously,and the scale and quality of China's stock market have gradually moved closer to the world's largest countries.In terms of the value of enterprises,only through effective market value management and continuous improvement of earnings management,can the capital value of enterprises be maximized.East's interests are guaranteed.Therefore,the promotion of market value management and the establishment of enterprise management system with market value management as the core have become an important direction for the development of Listed Companies in China.As far as the connotation of market value management is concerned,it promotes by analyzing the stability and market value of Listed Companies in China,linking their value creation,operation and the overall activities in the process of realization,thus reflecting the value of enterprises,and realizing the intrinsic value of enterprises in the stock price,at the same time obtaining more valuable market evaluation.The development of listed companiesBased on the analysis of the relevant theories,this paper takes Xiongdi Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyses the market value management of the company in recent years,evaluates the management situation of the company and the related strategies and effects of market value management,and then analyses the problems of market value management,and concludes on this basis.According to the actual situation of the company,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
