| With the national strategy of "industry 4.0"issued by various countries one after another,intelligent manufacturing based on the industrial Internet of things is becoming the mainstream in the field of industrial manufacturing.Therefore,it has become the focus of enterprise research to carry out digital monitoring of the operation status and process of industrial field execution devices and other production equipment,and analyze and overall manage with intelligent means.This paper is based on the traditional pneumatic industrial field running state monitoring system development project.Due to the traditional wireless sensor network and its frequency data acquisition strategy can not meet well meet the requirements of industrial field data collection,thus combining LoRa,a low-power WAN communication technology in IoT communication technology,this article designed a set of industrial field to adaptive frequency acquisition data of wireless monitoring system,used to implement the industrial site equipment running status real-time monitoring,for industrial field wireless monitoring provides a new thought of design.Firstly,this paper compares two mainstream LPWAN communication technologies-NB-IoT and LoRa.After comprehensive consideration,LoRa technology is selected as the communication scheme of the system and LoRa communication principle is introduced.Due to the low rate characteristics of LoRa technology,an adaptive data acquisition strategy is designed to reduce the data transmission amount according to the specific situation.Finally,the overall design framework of the system is obtained by analyzing the functional requirements of the system based on the technical path.Secondly,according to the system requirements,the functional framework of the hardware circuit of each node was designed,and the selection of the key chip of the system was completed.The hardware circuit of the system was introduced in detail according to the functional framework of the circuit,and the PCB design and production of each node were carried out.The hardware platform of intelligent collection and wireless monitoring of industrial field parameters was established.After that,an overall software framework was designed according to the system requirements,and then the software design of AD7606 conversion control and data SPI communication,adaptive frequency conversion acquisition,LoRa networking and gateway monitoring were introduced successively according to the functional modules.From the software design level to achieve the system as a whole data intelligent collection,wireless networking and long-distance data transmission and alarm functions.Finally,based.on the software and hardware design,an intelligent acquisiti'on and wireless monitoring system for industrial field parameters w'as,built,and the power consumption and wireless transmission performance of the system were tested.In the simulated industrial field environme"nt,the networking and monitoring performance of the system were tested to verify its feasibility.The system under the intelligent acquisition strategy and the traditional equal frequency acquisition strategy was tested and verified.The system used the adaptive frequency conversion data acquisition strategy to better meet the monitoring requirements of the industrial site. |
