| In the context of industrial Internet of Things,based on the current development of data acquisition systems domestic and abroad,combined with the real situation analysis of manufacturing plants,it is found that the current system development mainly faces the challenges of scalability,interoperability and real-time.Faced with these challenges,based on summarizing historical experience,the article proposes a data acquisition system,which core is wireless data acquisition module,combined with embedded technology and wireless communication technology.This article details the overall architecture design,hardware design,and software design of the system.The key of this system is the data acquisition module with STM32F4 microprocessor as the core.It is innovatively combined with software control through dual serial ports design to realize serial sharing service,which greatly enhances the scalability of the system.On the other hand,in the data acquisition software design,the adaptive analysis function is added.And the collected data can be automatically segmented and extracted through the protocol database,thereby enhancing the interoperability of the system;in addition,the real-time system is ensured by hardware selection,software optimization,and distributed computing.Through verification,the system design can realize the function of equipment status monitoring and data acquisition to meet the practical application requirements. |
