With the development of space technology,inter-satellite communication links are increasingly demanding high-speed,long-distance communication methods.Space laser communication is one of the important means to realize high-speed and long-distance inter-satellite communication.The tracking-pointing system is the basis for the establishment of the inter-satellite laser communication link.This paper mainly focuses on the inter-satellite laser communication for light-duty tracking-pointing system on satellite.The system needs to carry out the overall design and key technologies research of the single reflect-mirror laser communication tracking-pointing system.Through the analysis of the space environment and inter-satellite laser communication link,the technical indexes of the single reflect-mirror laser communication tracking-pointing system are determined,and the structure and driving scheme of the tracking-pointing system are focused on;the space environment adaptability and light-duty requirements,the single reflect-mirror laser communication tracking-pointing system is designed in detail and optimized for key components.For the influence of space thermal environment,the mirror subassembly is optimized for surface figure,the flexible support mechanism of the mirror is designed,and the finite element analysis is completed.Aiming at the demand of high stiffness shafting in the carrier mechanics environment,the factors affecting the stiffness of the shafting are analyzed,and the relationship between the bearing preload and the stiffness response of the shafting is established.According to the analysis and detection of the shaft system accuracy of the tracking system,the influence of the shafting accuracy on the pointing accuracy is analyzed by establishing the reference coordinate of the single reflect-mirror tracking-pointing system.According to the test results of the parts,focus on the analysis of the influence of component machining error on the shafting accuracy of the single reflect-mirror tracking-pointing system;for the large central hole demand and light-duty of the azimuth axis of the tracking-pointing system,a method of measuring the angle of the bonded steel strip grating encoder is proposed,The influence law of the angle measurement error of the bonded steel strip grating encoder is analyzed,and the method of compensating the angle error is carried out.Aiming at the requirement of light-duty and reliable locking/unlocking during the launch of the tracking-pointing system,a locking mechanism based on memory alloy wire is proposed.The program completed the test of indicators such as unlocking power and unlocking time.
