With the acceleration of national industrialization process,industrial intelligent robots,Aerospace high-precision control and industrial pipeline high-precision control are becoming more and more popular.Real-Time communication in industrial Internet of Things has always been a very important topic.Its performance has an important impact on communication delay and control accuracy of high-precision control systems.Because Windows operating system has the advantages of friendly interface,broad user base,easy maintenance and upgrading,it has attracted wide attention in the industry,but its real-time defect is the main factor restricting its application prospects.This paper summarizes the communication schemes of Windows operating system from the aspects of kernel-driven virtualization technology,protocol stack customization technology and strong Real-Time Qos guarantee mechanism of Windows operating system,proposes and designs and implements a set of industrial Internet of Things communication platform based on Real-Time,and can well solve the millisecond communication requirements in the field of industrial Internet of Things.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Firstly,the application prospects of the industrial Internet of Things communication system based on Real-Time are introduced,and the research status of the Real-Time communication performance under Windows operating system in the industrial Internet of Things at home and abroad is analyzed.Based on the analysis of the implementation form and process of TCP/IP protocol under Windows operating system,the factors that affect the communication rate of TCP/IP protocol under Windows operating system are explained.The functions and modules of the system are introduced.The key technologies for designing and implementing the system are introduced.(2)The overall design framework of the platform is elaborated,and the functional modules of each system are studied in detail.The improvement of the virtualization driver of the Windows operating system kernel is mainly introduced.The optimization idea of protocol stack technology and the improvement of Qos technology are explained in detail.Finally,the feasibility of the scheme is verified by testing and analyzing the actual data of the commercial Real-Time communication software RTX with the same industry abroad.(3)Finally,the application implementation of a Real-Time industrial Internet of Things communication platform is proposed,and the platform is applied to the comprehensive test of aerospace platform.Firstly,the application scenario and technical background of the platform are introduced.Secondly,the overall framework of the overall comprehensive test is explained.The test scheme,parameter requirements and practical application effect are described.Finally,the good performance of the platform is proved by experiments.
