With the incentive competition in the domestic and foreign markets,the continuously improved labor cost,and the higher and higher degree of automation,the logistics company has realized the value of logistics big data,and uses the accumulated logistics big data to improve efficiency,lower labor cost and transshipment cost.Now,improving the timeliness has become a topic of research for major logistics companies.As the core business of many express logistics companies,the cost of trunk line transportation accounts for more than 50% of the total cost of express logistics companies.Therefore,whether the trunk line can be optimized presents the core competitiveness of large-scale logistics enterprises and it is of great significance to the long-term development of the company.This paper mainly focuses on the optimization of the LTL logistics trunk network,studies the related scientific problems,and develops the LTL logistics simulation software.Firstly,it analyzes the current status of LTL logistics industry and smart logistics technology development,and sorts out the key issues of trunk line optimization,summarizes the current deficiencies,and gives the significance of research.Secondly,it studies the accurate prediction of linelevel cargo volume.Starting from the historical data,the volume prediction algorithm based on hybrid dual neural network is proposed.The validity of the algorithm is verified by historical cross-validation simulation.Then,under the condition that the line-level cargo volume is known,the external vehicle and line selection are dynamically scheduled,the car and replenishment lines are arranged reasonably,the scheduling model is established,and the commercial software is used to solve and compare with the actual actual cost.Data simulation proves that the cost can be saved by more than 3%.Then we will study the design and development of the main network simulation software.The system integrates various modules in the trunk,such as network constraints,3D vehicle loading,and vehicle scheduling,to form a network-wide trunk comprehensive simulation verification system,simulates the overall network operation behavior,analyzes key network operation indicators,and verifies the logistics company to provide the assessment of trunk adjustments with a scientific basis.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole thesis,and looks forward to the future research on the future trend of LTL logistics transportation.
