The electric actuator is widely used in the industrial control field.It is required to have the characteristics of fast response speed,high accuracy,no overshoot and strong anti-interference performance when regulating the valve.In the process of controlling the electric actuator,the load disturbance,the friction disturbance and the change of the motor parameters may affect the control accuracy of the system.Based on the research of the existing control strategies of the electric actuator,the overall scheme of the system is designed according to the structural characteristics and design requirements of the electric actuator.Then,the vector control method is used to control the driving motor and the active disturbance rejection controller of the electric actuator is designed.Otherwise,the mathematical models of electric actuator's driving motor,transmission system and valve are established,and the stability of the system is analyzed according to the system transfer function.Via using the PID and ADRC algorithms,the response speed,tracking performance and the performance of anti-interference is simulated and analyzed respectively,through the MATLAB/Simulink.Concretely,the anti-interference ability of the system is tested by applying disturbance to the input signal,changing load force of the electric actuator.Furthermore,in order to improve the control accuracy of the system,the flow characteristics of the regulating valve are modified and compensated by the software algorithm.Finally,via Infineon SAF-XE167FM-72F80 L chip as well as Freescale MC56F8255 chip,the bottom layer program of the control board along with the power board of electric actuator,and the upper computer software program of PC monitor computer along with LCD display screen are designed.The simulation results show that compared with the conventional PID control algorithm,the electric actuator system will with faster response speed,higher control precision and stronger anti-interference performance through using the ADRC strategy.Besides,the feasibility of using ADRC algorithm was verified by experiments.
