| Based upon the actual conditions of the company and some strategic management theoryand tools.e.g Micheal Porter on Competitive Strategy,SWOT, and Five Strength Modelcombined with some new thoughts such as management ideas, institutional innovation,management models, this thesis carried out a strategic verification. such tools as SWOT, Fivestrengths model were employed to formulate the final selective strategic scheme. At the finalpart of this thesis, the specific measures for implementation were found out in institutionalinnovation, financial risk control, strengthening communication and construction of theenterprise culture.etc.This thesis is a driving force to drag the Sibo company out of the plight.since theproblems of sibo are common among all the small and medium ele.&power metercompanies,it could serve as a reference for the other companies to get rid of the adversities. |
