With the rapid development of the smart meter market and the change in the mode of buyer’s market procurement, gradually, Holley Metering marketing strategy and marketing system cannot adapt to the new market environment.So the research of Holley Metering’s smart meter business marketing management becomes significant for improving the competitiveness of Holley Metering. Take the perspective of smart meters marketing management,this paper analyzed the problem of marketing management with Holley Metering.And put forward a marketing strategy and the implementation of measures for Holley Metering’s smart meters business.Firstly, the article introduces the research background and theoretical basis of the paper which include PEST analysis model, Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis model. Thus given the significance of this research and described the research content, methods and technology roadmap.Subsequently, the author carried out a detailed analysis of the company’s marketing management and business status quo of smart meters, which aimed the problems of the company’s marketing management. And the article summarized from marketing organization, marketing strategy planning and marketing strategy implementation, then raised up the improvementsof company’s marketing management.Then used PEST analysis tools, Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis model in the company’s market analysis and planning the company’s marketing strategy according to the analysis. The 4P theory is also using in the marketing strategy develop. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy, the article made recommendations on three aspects of the marketing organization, personnel training system and evaluation system.Based on the above studies, we has develop marketing strategies and implementation of measures for smart meter business to matches with market trends.The research make a great significance to improve the company’s market adaptability and competitiveness.
