Financial Ecological Environment Assessment Of Hunan

Since the rising of the concept of "financial ecology" proposed by Doctor ZhouXiaochuan, many scholars at home and abroad have conducted further researches onfinancial ecology. At present, the financial ecology has become a hotspot for researchin finance.This paper describes the "financial ecosystem" concept and the theory about thisarea, financial ecology is a complex "financial ecosystem" which included thefinancial factors, economic factors, social factors and legal factors. Financial ecologytheory are focus on the relationship between the financial market and its externaleconomic environment, social environment and so an. This paper draws on the way ofdomestic scholars and the research group of the republic bank of china, designed thespecific indicators to evaluate the system of the financial ecological environment. Theindicators mainly concluded the financial development factors, economicdevelopment factors and social development factor, each factor has the followingspecific evaluation. This paper used the data of Hunan Province to evaluation thefinancial environment of Hunan Province from the vertical and horizontal.From2000to2009, Hunan Province's financial ecological environmentimprovied gradually, and more obvious improvement in the last3years, all cities ofHunan, the financial environment are quite differentlly, Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan,and other financial environment in the city are obviously better than other cities,Western states Yiyang City and other places are lower ranking in the province.Through analysis we know that economic base, location advantages, thecountry's macroeconomic policy, the government's management philosophy,management style and other differences are the main reasons of the difference fromcities.To Hunan financial ecological environment evaluation identified the problem,proposed the settlement advice of the financial environment difference in HunanProvince, the advice including the establishment of multi-level system, improve themain function of finance, further optimize the economic structure, focus on socialsecurity work, strengthen government regulation, build a good credit environment andother supervisory departments. Bank of China the financial measures including:Implementation of the intermediate business and other major regional differences inbusiness strategy, the implementation of personal financial services business strategy and core competencies to implement customer groups, market segmentation andmarket positioning strategies. In order to cope with the differences of financialecology, the author has proposed the strategy of regional differentiated developmentsubdividing customer group and market positioning from his own workingexperiences in the bank.
