In2008, the financial crisis hit the whole construction machinery industry, thefinancing, investment, sales, and even survival of enterprise has proposed severechallenges. Sany heavy industry made satisfactory results for its strong willing. Asthe financial crisis recovered gradually in2009, during the so-called "after financialcrisis"era, the development of Sany heavy industry is going great guns.However,what is vital for sany heavy industry is how to keep momentum of development, andhow to improve the insufficient, and how to carry out the strategic adjustment.This thesis falls into six sections. The objective, significance, theory foundationand framework of this thesis are discussed in chapter1. In chapter2, the thesisintroduces the internal environment of the Sany heavy industry company and theeconomic and financial environment of the company and the outlook of theconstruction machinery industry. Then, the thesis analyses the competitive situationof the company by the five-force model based the inside and outside environment.Meanwhile, the thesis introduces SWOT analysis which is suitable for the Sanyheavy industry company. In chapter3, the thesis evaluates the financial standing ofthe company in a pertinent view through the trend analysis, structure analysis andthe ratio analysis, and the thesis analyses the quality of accounting in sany heavyindustry company by the basic accounting theory. In chapter5, the thesis adjusts andoptimizes the financial strategic via the result of the above analysis. At last, thethesis makes some suggests about how to ensure the financial strategic to put intoeffect at the present stage. |
