With the development of national economy, the tertiary trade will rapidly accountfor a greater proportion of services, playing an increasingly important role. As themajor tertiary trade sectors, catering industry is the crucial role of improving people'smaterial and cultural living standards, solving the employment, and promoting socialstability. Facing the fact that the potential market in Hunan is huge, as a member ofthe catering trade, if could not hold the development opportunity of chain brandsrestaurant hotels, the long term development of Dajiangnan Restaurant ManagementCo. will inevitably be influenced. Using the classical strategic management theoriesfor reference, this paper studies the feasibility for Dajiangnan RestaurantManagement Co. to develop the chain hotels based on the SWOT model. So thisarticle sets down the strategic design and goal in detail for Dajiangnan Restaurant todevelop chain hotels, and through the comparison of different strategicimplementation means, establishes that the chain hotel development of DajiangnanRestaurant depends on the brands and the chain if it wants to carry out the large andcanonical development.We arrange chapter one of this article is about the background?significance andresearch trend of the selected title.
