Disruption Management Model And Algorithm For The Distribution Of Cold Chain Logistics

With the sustainable development of national economy and the improvement of people's quality of life,people's demand for fresh products is growing.In real life,the goods delivery process often encounters the interference of uncertain events.This will have a great effect on the delivery plan.This paper studied the process of cold chain logistics distribution.When customer demand change,this paper established a disruption management model of minimizing disturbance.This model will help the cold chain enterprise to deal with disruption events effectively.This paper first analyzed the scope of application and the characteristic of cold chain logistics.This paper summarized the influence factors of cold chain logistics distribution.And this study aimed to establish an optimal distribution route model for cold chain logistics by building a time penalty function and a deterioration function.On the basis of analyzing customer demand changing problem,this paper proposed the method of disturbance identification,researching on disturbance factors from the three factors of customers,corporation,and road network,then constructed disturbance measurement function.Different criteria to measure systematic dissatisfactions are investigated according to operational goals in different companies.Hybrid heuristic combined Tabu Search algorithm and Inserting algorithm to solve model is designed.When a disruption event appears,the initial distribution plan is optimized in real-time.And applying the model and algorithm to a case,the result shows thar the proposed model and algorithm are feasible an effective.
