As the main medium of personal bank card,has been a hot commercial banks chase.In order to seize the bank card market share,and then drive the other bank business development,to obtain higher profits,commercial banks have introduced measures,vigorously develop the business of the bank card.So the bank card marketing situation and environment of research and analysis,according to the actual situation design a feasible marketing strategy on the development of commercial banks of bank card,bank card business has an important role in guiding and promoting.This thesis combines the actual conditions of GS bank National Branch,to start thinking of the National Branch of the bank card marketing situation,the external environment(PEST)analysis and the analysis of competition,as well as the analysis of internal condition,using the SWOT analysis method,the advantages of face,National Branch in banking weaknesses and opportunities and challenges are analyzed.In this analysis on the National Branch of the target market,market position,product,price,channel,promotion design portfolio strategy,finally put forward some measures to ensure the implementation of service marketing strategy of bank cards.Process the GS Bank branch in national development bank card business,how to more clearly,systematically carry out marketing analysis,put forward a viable marketing strategy,so as to effectively promote the GS Bank branch of national bank card marketing work,make the business healthy development,and ultimately promote the development of national branch corresponding to other business.
