A Research On The Development Strategy Of Bank Card Clearing Institutions

With the development of technology and economy,the external environment of enterprises was improved,and the boundary of enterprises' resources has changed greatly.Knowledge,innovation and dynamic capability have become important factors for enterprises to distinguish themselves from others and the driving force of enterprises' sustainable competitiveness.With the change of internal and external environment,platform enterprises became a new form of organization.As A typical platform enterprise,the responsibilities of the A Card Scheme include the construction and operation of national inter-bank clearing system,the implementation of unified bank card transaction standards,and the provision of efficient inter-bank information exchange and clearing data processing.At present,this organization connects card issuing bank,consumer,acquirer and merchant,having multivariate main body and multivariate business.Based on this environment,this study provides a way to obtain and maintain competitive advantages,and provides possible solution for the formulation and implementation of enterprise business strategies.Based on the A Card Scheme as an example,this study analyzes the internal and external environment,and analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company through SWOT analysis.Furthermore,this study established the overall strategy based on the strategic management theory,including increasing market share in mobile payment,building a community of Shared future with commercial Banks,integrating domestic mainstream e-commerce payment transactions into its own network,creating the mobile payment products,exploring new use cases and increasing global market share.Through BCG matrix analysis,this study identified the business development strategies of "strengthening mobile payment and enhancing the global market share","leading data companies and technology companies in the payment industry" and "improving the basic capacity of card organization".On the other hand,some strategies and specific safeguard measures are proposed in study,such as promoting strategic cooperation with large Internet companies and international card schemes,improving monthly mobile accounts of bank card organizations,creating use cases,and promoting international business transformation.According to the research on the enterprise's development strategy,this paper puts forward suggestions for the sustainable development of payment industry,providing demonstration effect to other platform enterprises.
