Marketing strategy is the enterprise in the modern marketing concept, in order to achieve business objectives, the development of the medium and long term marketing overall vision and planning.Marketing strategy is an integral part of the process of enterprise management and operation, the purpose is to improve the efficiency of the use of marketing resources, so as to maximize the efficiency of the use of enterprise resources. Marketing strategy as a business the most important basic business strategy, to ensure the implementation of the overall business strategy plays a key role, especially in the fierce competition in the field of Internet companies, the formulation has certain forward-looking and practical marketing strategy, thus more calmly deal with complex and ever-changing market environment, the keen to capture market demand and customer requirements, is very urgent and necessary.This paper selects is an important branch of the third-party payment industry-prepaid cards in the field of Internet companies----JLT company as the research object, on the status quo of JLT company card products and marketing on the basis of full investigation and analysis, focusing on the company in the next few years enterprise marketing strategy problem.The to the classical theory of marketing strategy, namely target market strategy, competition strategy, marketing organization strategy based by comparative analysis with competitors, the proposed the question, analysis question, ideas to solve the problem of JLT company’s marketing present situation, given the JLT company should be taken in the future marketing strategy and formulate detailed needed to realize the strategy of supporting measures. The use of PEST analysis method to analyze the external environment JLT company; the use of Porter’s five forces model analysis of the industry environment; the internal environment of the JLT company to carry on the analysis, summarizes its core competitiveness. Finally using SWOT analysis framework were summarized in this paper.
