The Rearch On The Sustainable Development Capacity

Firstly,based on Sustainable Development theory,Enterprise Competence theory and Financial Sustainable Development theory,this article gives the definition of enterprise sustainable development ability,and then outline the connotation of the sustainable development of Finance Company.Following the research paradigm of Enterprise Competence theory,Finance Company can be regarded as a collection of its own resources and abilities.The article further analyzes four key elements of Financial Company's sustainable development ability,and using DNA double helix model to explain the interaction relationship.By analyzing the context structures of Financial Company's sustainable development ability,put forward that the Financial Company in order to realize the sustainable development needs the overall coordination of Resource factor,Ability factor,Internal integration factors and External environment factors.And then,for quantitative analysis of the status quo of Financial Company's sustainable development ability,a comprehensive evaluation system which contains four levels of indicators are constructed to evaluate sustainable development ability of Finance Company.Based on the Catastrophe Progression Method,the article deducing a evaluation model from the evaluation system and selecting 34 finance company from different industry as the sample.The results showed that the sustainable ability of HUADIAN,SHENHUA,HAIER,HUANENG Finance Company are strong,and HAIHAN,ANGANG,YIQI,JIZHONGNENGYUAN,ZHONGJI are weak.According to the empirical results,the sample finance companies can be divided into three levels,strong,middle or weak.Finally,advices that promote the sustainable development of Finance Company are proposed from Resources,Ability,Internal integration and External environment aspects respectively.
