The traditional wholesale and retail entity industry is the main force of China's traditional marketing channels,has long occupied the position of play a decisive role in the process of development of market economy.However,along with the information technology innovation,network era,electronic commerce is developing rapidly,the network marketing channel has produced tremendous impact on traditional sales channels.From the point of various aspects,our country's network marketing is still in the immature stage.Since our country in 2001 after the WTO accession,China's enterprises face more intense market competition.Faced with such serious situation,some traditional visionary enterprises began to explore the new mode of marketing channel,in order to efficiently,interactive,real-time to meet consumer demand,increase the market share of enterprises,so as to improve enterprise competitive advantage.But,the network marketing channel construction under the influence of many factors,how to build effective network marketing channel,has become a important research topic in the academia and enterprise practice.The traditional wholesale and retail industry is in a new inflection point,how to combine the development experience of its traditional marketing channel,the disadvantage into advantage will be the size of a feasible enterprise development,which is also the starting point of this paper.This paper takes the network marketing channel of traditional wholesale and retail entity industry Zhengzhou Winsun textiles(hereafter called H company)company as the research subject,through the analysis of the existing marketing channel to the traditional wholesale sales entity industry of H company,find out the existing problems.From the view of network marketing channel,hope to clamp the factor advantages and development and find out the existing channel marketing company,to build a network marketing channel for the development of the company,to provide security for the company's sustained and healthy development.Based on the construction process of H company marketing channels in the present situation,adopts the questionnaire survey way for H company marketing channel network are investigated,mainly from the perspective of enterprise factors,market factors and industry factors of these three aspects.Through the survey found deficiencies of H company marketing channel network,combined with traditional marketing channels,the company existing problems in the development process,and by using the factor analysis method to evaluate the system analysis of the network marketing channel construction,in order to seek H's network marketing channel.On the network marketing channel construction of safeguard measures,this article is based on the SWOT analysis,find H company network marketing channel of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and puts forward concrete strategy of the construction of the H company network marketing channel,and provide the related network marketing channel management security advice?...
