The Mechanisms Research Of The Urban Central Area Industrial Upgradin.

Since the 21 st century,with China's rapid economic development and increasing globalization process,the Guangzhou industrial problem become gradually highlights,industrial upgrading faces more and more challenges.Therefore,this article is in the Guangzhou Tianhe District as an example,to researching the Tianhe District of industrial upgrading.This paper are in the industrial structure of high-end and the industrial vrste efficiency improved to define the industrial upgrading.About the high-end industrial structure,mainly from the regional background,characteristics of the third industry structure,growth trend of the high technology service industry,internal structure of the high-end service industry change to reflect.The results proved that the industrial structure of Tianhe District is in the process of slowly towards a higher.The industrial structure reveals the characteristics of industrial upgrading is:(1)The third industry continued to grow from 2000 to 2014 shows that the industrial upgrading is in the good economic foundation.(2)The high technology service industry continues to grow in 2008-2013 shows that the high technology service industry stay in a factor accumulation stage.(3)Based on the second and three economic census data,the high-end services of Tianhe District rising slowly with a high level.(4)During the 2009-2013,the internal structure of high-end service industry are becoming high-end increasingly.In addition to the assets of rising year by year,the larger professional services and other high-end services industry are gently rising;In addition to information services in the high rise of operation revenue,other high-end services are gently rising;In addition to modern trade and the information service of business tax and additional larger are rising year by year,other high-end services are gently rising.About the industrial vrste efficiency improved.We based on the three economic census data of Tianhe District,calculated the third industry's(services)13 subdivision industries and 21 st street of the Tianhe District under the vrste efficiency.Which revealed the characteristics of Tianhe district's industrial upgrading in the subdivision industris and regional industris.The results showed that:(1)Subdivision industries of vrste efficiency shows that the “1” vrste efficiency are more than of one in 2004.Which also showed that the vrste efficiency is strengthen and exist technological progress in some industries.(2)The regional difference of vrste efficiency shows that from 2008 to 2013,a total of seven streets,Yuanhun,Tianhenan,Tianyuan,Changxing,Longdong and Fenghuang street are existed industrial upgrading.Finally,this paper based on the industrial upgrading of Tianhe district,indicated the main influence factors influencing Tianhe industrial upgrading,and based on the main factors pointing out the dynamic mechanism of Tianhe district industry upgrading.
