| People's consumption construction is changing, along with the fast development of Chineseeconomy. At present, the demand for IT products grows gradually. IT Commercial districtswhich takes the characteristic of clusters of Computer City rise in China rapidly, which takeinestimable role in the IT circulation industry. This paper took IT Commercial District inGuangzhou Tianhe as research object.After studying the research harvest of the formation and development mechanism forclusters in existence, this paper constructed the theory frame of inner factor and outercondition which influence the formation and development of commercial district. Then, thispaper thoroughly analyzed the formation and development of IT Commercial District inTianhe.For the research of the formation and development mechanism of IT Commercial Districtin Guangzhou Tianhe, this paper analyzed the developing route of it and studied the spacenetwork construction and product construction of it. Looked from the internal reason, ITCommercial District in Tianhe is a Quasi-market organization and has highly the strategicflexible characteristic and the self-organizing performance. For the organizational character,intergrowth and coordinative effect and cluster innovation effect came into being and becamethe internal drive for the formation and development of IT Commercial District in Tianhe.And looked from the external reason, enormous demand for IT products, the support ofrelated industry and the support of government's decision-making were the external conditionfor the formation and development of IT Commercial District in Tianhe.Through theoretic Analysis and Positive Investigation, we could detect the internalreason and external condition which were concurrent action for the formation anddevelopment of IT Commercial District in Tianhe. So, we should consider endogenous andexogenous aspects for keeping sustainable development of IT Commercial District in Tianhe. |
