As the change of the economic situation at home and abroad,and set off a new round of state-owned enterprise restructuring,reform of state-owned enterprises in our country pay more and more attention to the head of compensation management.Compensation by the head of the state-owned enterprises is not only the social public opinion is the focus of attention,but also focus on the implementation of government policy.,head of the state-owned enterprises,much attention has been paid to high salary problem has not only its absolutely the amount of compensation,because for there exists a well-paid,head of the non-state-owned enterprises,society and government pay more attention to is whether the state-owned enterprise salary system,head of the reasonable and effective.For the state-owned enterprises in our country,must change as soon as possible,head of the enterprise's idea and behavior to adapt to the severe market requirements of the situation.Therefore,traditional enterprise target,head of the appraisal and compensation system exposed a series of problems,the overall optimization and design must be carried out to fully activate management personnel,to improve enterprise management level and market competitiveness.Based on this background,in this paper,the state-owned enterprise salary management related concepts and theories,and take the GT group as an example,the analysis of the current enterprise target,head of the assessment and the present situation of the salary system,and using the method of key indicators,such as the balanced scorecard,EVA appraisal way,introducing enterprise head term incentive,form the enterprise goal,head of the appraisal and compensation system optimization scheme.
