Study On Credit Risk Management Optimization In Lanzhou Branch Of China Merchants Bank

Nowadays,our country is suffering from a special historic stage which involves social transformation,economic transformation and changes in perception.Consequently,our domestic banks are facing with all kinds of unprecedented changes referring to external environment,constraint condition and clients' changes.Meanwhile,the mode of administration management is coming across severe challenges.All these changes and challenges are not temporary problems brought by the financial crisis and macroscopic readjustments and controls,some of which will even become an ordinary state as a trend.Throughout the development of commercial banks'capitals,the trend of global supervision makes a higher requirement for capitals in banks,such as how to increase the quality of capital,how to expand the scale of capital,how to strength constraint of capital and set up standards of leverage regulatory.However,under the background of the capitals as the main assets,the total number of credit assets has become a huge one.It will not only lead to the switching stress but also result in the shortage of risk management for the financial instruments.Therefore commercial banks are weak in applying of credit risk management no matter in theory or in skill.On account of such background,this paper will take China Merchants Bank Lanzhou branch as an example,studying the situation of credit risk management of China Merchants Bank Lanzhou branch and the entire risk culture of enterprises by using full surveys.By means of deep research of factors in credit risk management and advanced experiences both home and abroad,this paper also proposes the aim,principles,methods and contents of optimum proposals.Besides,risk control measures needed by the new proposals and their merit and demerit are also included.
