Since the1990s, new environment of competition forces organizations to acquire knowledge actively. Knowledge has become one of the most strategic resources of organization. A single organization can’t fully grasp the knowledge of all subjects or all areas. It is necessary for them to cooperate with other organizations, promote the competitiveness of the organization continuously through knowledge transfer in order for long-term development. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge transfer has received much more attention. But the contradiction in the process of knowledge transfer is becoming more and more prominent at the same time. The main problem is the difficulty of knowledge transfer in the process of organizational cooperation, which is knowledge transfer stickiness. Therefore, the research of stickiness reduction has become the focus in the study of knowledge transfer.At present, many scholars focus on research of stickiness reduction in the process of knowledge transfer, and the difficulty in measuring the knowledge itself influences the depth of quantitative research. Based on the review of previous research on knowledge transfer and its stickiness, this thesis firstly studies the forming reason of knowledge transfer stickiness from the time dimension, make it more complete. Then based on the ohm’s law, this thesis studies the process of knowledge transfer, and further explains the reasons for the formation of knowledge transfer stickiness. At the same time, this thesis analyzes the variation trend of knowledge transfer stickiness in organizational cooperation from time dimension, In the end, this thesis discusses the stickiness reduction using knowledge visualization.Knowledge transfer stickiness is the main influence factors of inter-organizational cooperation efficiency. The establishment of time dimension provides a theoretical basis for the enterprise to analyze and implement the knowledge transfer from time dimension. Through simulation of knowledge transfer stickiness, on the one hand, the theory study for knowledge transfer is much more complete; on the other hand, the quantitative calculation in the process of cooperation between organizations becomes possible. And the introduction of visualization technology and virtual community provides a feasible method for the improvement of the knowledge transfer efficiency between organizations.
