With the development of the economy of manufacturing,top managers in all industry make efforts to let their company come off best in the market competition,which lets how to make the enterprise long-term survival and development become the general discussed and important topic in the management community.It is no doubt that enterprise staff as the main body to dominate,manage and use other resources of the enterprise is the most important resource which makes companies gain a competitive advantage.How to improve employee's performance level become an important subject of human resources development and management.In the era of people's hierarchy of needs continuously improved,it's pure material incentives which has already not made the employee performance improved to a large extent,Among the many incentives methods,empowering as a means which can let employees realize self-management and self-discipline is well welcomed.Employee participation enable staffs to have a deeper understanding of enterprise management,which can achieve a high level of mental demands,so that employee performance improved.Given the links between them,in this paper,we explore the relationship between leader empowering behavior and employee performance,also discuss the intermediary role of employee participation.Based on macro-structure,this paper is divided into two parts:in the first part,it's about thesis.According to the review of the related literature,we sort out the relationship among leader empower behavior,employee participation and employee performance.Also proposed models of this article and research hypotheses.In the second part is empirical part.Through design,questionnaire and questionnaires sort,we test the reliability and validity of survey,use SPSS statistical analysis method to analyze the proposed theoretical framework model and to verify that the hypothesizes were formed,then come to a conclusion.At last,we put forward practical suggestions in management practice based on the results of this paper.The findings of this empirical study are(1)leader empowering behavior has a significantly positive effect on employee performance,(2)leader empowering behavior has a significantly positive effect on employee participation;(3)employee participation has a significantly positive effect on employee performance;(4)there is part mediation effect of employee participation between leader empowering behavior and employee performance.
