After the international financial crisis,the emerging industry has become a breakthrough in promoting economic growth and economic revival in many countries,and it has also become a core industry to seize the new round of international commanding heights of the economy and led to a new round of international economic competition.China has also put forward the concept of the development of strategic emerging industries,the outline of 12th Five-Year Plan emphasizes the strong development of strategic emerging industries from a global and strategic perspective,to promote the depth of integration of emerging technologies and emerging industries,to promote the development of emerging industries with technological innovation.However,the strategic emerging industry in China is still in its infancy,the foundation is weak,the ability of innovation is not strong,and therefore establishing strategic alliances become an effective way of technology research and development,improving innovation capabilities,mastering the core technology of the strategic emerging industry.The measurement and research of innovation performance in alliance has become a major problem.With the gathering of network information as well as the rise of the network,which provide a new perspective for the development of strategic emerging industry,researching the effect of network structure and network relations on the alliance innovation performance has become an important way to enhancing the alliance innovation performance,creating value and achieving the breakthrough of technology.The past theoretical research on strategic alliances shows that the network structure has an important influence on innovation of performance of strategic alliances.Therefore,the research of the effect of network structure on the innovation performance of strategic emerging industry has an important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,the paper analyzes and evaluates the research of network structure and alliance performance theories,and describes strategic emerging industries and reasons of the formation of emerging industry;Analyzing and defining the network structure of emerging industry alliance,and introduces the intermediary variable-knowledge transfer,analyzing the effect of knowledge transfer on innovation in network structure,introducing the constituent elements of the innovation performance of strategic emerging industry alliance.It makes knowledge transfer as the mediator,from the four dimensions:network diversity,network density,network size,network stability,contact the main structure of the network from the network,in-depth study of the microscopic mechanism of the effect of network structure on the innovation performance in the strategic emerging industry alliance of the alliance and makes relative assumptions.It conducts empirical research using questionnaires to research the effect of network structure on alliance innovation performance of the strategic emerging industry and puts forward relative suggestions,in order to provide theoretical support and decision-making reference for improving the innovation performance of strategic emerging industries in China.
