At present,China's strategic emerging industry is still in the initial stage of development, how to break through the key technology, strengthen the capability of independent innovation has become a hot issue in domestic research. As a favorable platform for the integration of innovative resources. Industrial technology innovation alliance shows a huge advantage on transforming of scientific and technological achievements,produce synergies and other aspects.However, it lead to most of the alliance cannot achieve the desired objectives that the improper selection of partners, and handlingthe relationship incorrect.After analysis the research background, the paper summarized the scholars at home and abroad related on strategic emerging industries, industrial technology innovation alliances and partner selection. Besides, combined with niche theory, the paper thought from three dimensions, including technical resource, cultural background and communication.Furthermore, chosen the willingness as the mediator of partner selection, to build the complete partner selection index system. Using the gray fuzzy evaluation method to verify the index. Through investigating the strategic emerging industries enterprises in Xinyu, Yingtan, and Nanchang, using SPSS17.0and SMARTPLS3.0 softwareto test the reliability, validity of this scale, and structural equation modeling test in order to confirm the scientific nature of the research model.The results shows that the technical resource and cultural background have positive effect on partner selection. Technical resource, cultural background and communication also have positive effect on partner selection by the intervening variable willingness. Based on the conclusion of the study, the paper put forward opinions from three aspects, consist of government support, partner selection process and alliance governance. The government, on the one hand support the alliances from the aspect of finance, tax and purchase, on the other hand, provide help to form technological innovation network, in order to transfer the knowledge within alliances.After selected partners, it is necessary to strengthencoordination and supervision, to use contract to improve the standardization of alliance governance,and formreasonable interest distribution, risk prevention and punishment measures mechanism, in order tochoose partner effectively, ensure the union operation smoothly,improve innovation efficiency of the alliance. |
