Investigation Report On Logistics Financial Services By Minsheng Bank

With the deepening of the reform of the financial system in China,small and medium-sized Commercial Banks have been mushroomed miraculously appeared in the field of the Commercial Banks in China.With the banking industry's competitions increasingly appears today,the phenomenon that "homogeneity in products and services" are almost appears among these small and medium-sized Commercial Banks.Therefore,how to realize the differentiation in business,how to crate their own business brands,are being important problems to be solved in a hurry among each small and medium-sized Commercial Banks.China Minsheng Bank was founded in 1996,which took the lead to achieve the differentiation in the banking among the small and medium-sized Commercial Banks in our country.In 2009,China Minsheng Bank's headquarters put forward the thought of " doing medium-sized and small enterprises' business massively and professionally,and taking the road of creating specialized branches ",which is the reform goal of for medium-sized and small enterprises' business in China Minsheng Bank.This goal's meaning is that China Minsheng Bank's each branches must be familiar with a certain industries' characteristics that are located in the branches' areas.Just on the bases of that,each branches should develop financial services which belongs to these industries professionally,then each branch should spread these services from one or a certain core medium and small-sized enterprises to most of the medium and small-sized enterprises in that industry.China Minsheng Bank summarizes these thoughts as the concept of the " Industrial Finance".Since 2009,China Minsheng Bank has successfully created multiple cases of the "Industrial Finance" in its branches.The author find out that,the concept "Industrial Finance" is a concept that could not be found in our university's financial textbooks.The triumph of the Minsheng Bank makes the author's great interests to investigate "Industry Finance".What is "Industrial finance",how to do with "Industrial finance" becomes the core content of this paper.This paper is an investigation report,the author takes Minsheng Bank's branch L as the research object,and takes how the Branch L developed the City L's logistics' financial services,collecting this industry's fund flow as the research project,and focus on the process of how the Branch L's logistics financial services was designed and marketed,and the effects of this service.Through investigation and research above,the author summarizes the branch L's successful practices in developing Industrial Finance: Developing the "Industrial Finance" should center on the Business Cluster;Making logistic finance should develop a professional business team,making a reasonable design,and complete technical means;The innovative means of marketing can improve the efficiency of marketing,which can promote the development of industrial finance;The development of financial industry should go step by step according to a industry's characters;The risks of the industrial finance and the related solutions for these risks.In the last part of this paper,the author studies these experiences' worth for other small and medium-sized Commercial Banks' business in Shenyang.
