By Kailuan Construction Corporation's internal staff survey found the existing problems of performance appraisal system.These issues include:unrealistic performance assessment index design,will not achieve the results for performance evaluation of staff incentives;performance appraisal results are not very good application;lack of necessary staff performance appraisal feedback and communication channels;performance appraisal system is not very good providing services for the realization of the company's strategic objectives,would not achieve"booster" effect.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes Kailuan Construction Group program to improve the performance appraisal system,including:improved design company,department and employee level performance measure,the right key performance indicators redesign,feedback performance appraisal,performance appraisal the results of the implementation of the use and so on.On this basis,the paper also safeguards performance appraisal program put forward suggestions,including the upgrading of concepts,protection guarantee organizational,institutional safeguards and processes on.Thesis believes that a business does not apply to existing performance appraisal system to improve performance,help enterprise managers and communication between employees,and promoting the use of performance appraisal results will help the company level,department level and staff improve the level of performance,for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises of great significance.
