The new of era Chinese characteristic socialism,modern enterprise management enters the era of strategic management.Performance management is the important component of the strategic management system.the achievement of enterprise strategic goal needs scientific performance management.Performance appraisal is the key of performance management.The effectiveness of performance appraisal determines the realization of performance management purpose.,and affects the strategic objectives.in others words,the optimization and improvement of performance appraisal is of great significance to the realization of enterprise strategic objective.The paper takes the performance appraisal as the point of research.it focuses on the improvement of GK group performance appraisal.The research is carried out on two aspects:(1)on the empirical level.The paper takes a provincial state-owned enterprise as research object,and adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and case study.Though the current situation research of GK group performance appraisal,this paper finds out problems and improvement measures.such as,unclear assessment objectives,lack of objective assessment content,formalized assessment process,Poor application of assessment results.(2)on the theoretical level.In this paper,based on research at home and abroad,it clarifies the research subject and direction,his paper puts forward the design principle of the strategic orientation enterprise performance appraisal system and the implementation path.Based on the above research,the GK group performance appraisal system is optimized and designed.
