At present, land use / cover change(LUCC)is a hot topic and frontier problem in many disciplines such as geography and ecology.Land use change is the process of the evolution of regional natural ecosystems and socio-economic systems. It is the essence of the evolution of human-land relationship. On the whole, the number of land use change research in the special research area of ??coastal areas is less, and the number of land use change analysis and the ecological effect of land use change in coastal areas are more limited. Therefore, this study chooses Jiaozhou Bay coastal area(located in Shandong Peninsula, economically developed)as the research object, perspective has some innovative significance. This paper selected the Jiaozhou Bay coastal area(located in Shandong Peninsula, and has a high level of economic development)as the object.Based on the remote sensing image of 2000,2010 and 2015,this paper studied the process and driving mechanism of land use change in this area by using GIS technology, mathematical statistics analysis and field investigation and interview,Temporal and spatial pattern of land use change in coastal areas and its characteristics. This paper analyzes the laws of land use change and socio-economic development in Jiaozhou Bay along a comprehensive perspective, and analyzes the relationship between government policy, industrial economic structure evolution, population and other factors and land use change Relationship, from the natural, economic, policy three aspects of land use changes in the reasons. Then, the study used the landscape pattern index and the ecosystem service value of the ecosystem to analyze the ecological effect of land use change in the Jiaozhou Bay coastal area. And then explore its impact on the ecological effects. The ecological effect of the future study area is predicted.
