The Construction Of Entrepreneurial Firm Design Thinking Business Model

The global entrepreneurship activities are generally showing a ‘high heat,low survival rate' feature.Under this environment,some entrepreneurial firms relying on unique business model design rise rapidly,which makes researchers began to think about the deep reason behind it.The quantity of business model design research results is increasing,at the same time,the quality of business model design research results is improving.All of these show the breakthrough of the business model design theoretical research.It has become the consensus of many scholars that enterprise firms can obtain and maintain the innovation ability by designing business model.This study will analyze,summarize and refine the design pattern of the well-known entrepreneurial enterprise business model.The purpose of the study is constructing a universal business model to realize the dynamic balance between the enterprise exploration activities and the development activities.Thus,we can provide theoretical support for the entrepreneurial enterprise to upgrade the enterprise development path in addition to the technological innovation and product innovation.The research mainly uses three research methods,including the literature research method,the case study research method and the classical grounded theory research method.First of all,this study selects business model theory,business model design theory and design thinking theory as theoretical basics and combs the domestic and foreign literature system.Then,the study of the business model dynamic evolution is carried out on the selected case.Finally,the case data analysis is carried out by classical grounded theory method.Through the above sub-research,this study has made the following conclusions and research results:(1)The research creatively refines the research framework of business model design,and helps the follow-up researchers understand this field's research content and research trends.(2)In this study,the business model design process of the case enterprise is described and summarized in stages,and the intuitive development pattern is drawn.On this basis,the research creatively divides the design and innovation process of its business model into four stages: business model construction,business model reproduction,business model deepening and business model multiplication.(3)Using self-built Handu Group business model case study database,this study develops a new conception of design thinking business model.The business model consists of four parts: project oriented organization structure,innovative support operation process,design enhanced cultural concept and external design thinking organization.At the same time,this study also extracts five propositions on the basis of model construction.Proposition one is project-oriented organizational structure strengthens the design thinking business model construction.Proposition two is innovative-support operation process ensures the design thinking business model operation.Proposition three is the design-enhanced cultural concept promotes the design thinking business model deepening.Proposition four is the external design thinking organization stimulates the design thinking business model intrinsic vitality.Proposition five is the elements of design thinking business model are interrelated and interact with each other.In addition to the practical significance of our country's entrepreneurial enterprises to enhance their innovation ability,get rid of the dilemma of survival and promote the smooth transformation of the enterprise,this study has the following theoretical significance and innovation:(1)Through build a design thinking business model pattern,the study deepen and multiply the relevant theories.This study draws on the relevant ideas of design thinking in the field of business model design and refines a new business model design theme that is design thinking business model.Complementary,the research constructs the design thinking business model pattern and discusses the elements of the design thinking business model in addition to the mechanism of this elements.Therefore,the research can multiply the business model theories and enrich the theory of organizational design.(2)This study use grounded theory to build a business model and enrich the business design research methods.Based on the objective and in-depth analysis of a large amount of data,this paper draws the conclusion and constructs the theory,so that it can overcome the problems that previous research perspective is lopsided and theory is not systematic.In this manner,the research will help to enrich the research results of business model in China's management situation and provide a new research method for the study of business model.
