The Research On Factors Affecting The Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Liao Ning Province

The effects that Foreign Direct Investment(FDI)has on the economy of Liaoning province and the Equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning province has always been the central issue targeted by government department enterprises and academic research.The equipment manufacturing industry is an important pillar of the old industrial base in northeast of China.The revitalization of the equipment manufacturing industry has played a vital role in the development of industry in Liaoning province.In recent years,the use of foreign capital in equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning province to improve the industry in the production,management technology and other aspects of the level of quality but due to the macroeconomic environment,industry factors,market factors,industry and production costs and other factors,The use of foreign direct investment in equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning province still has a long road.As a result,the equipment manufacturing industry is looking to use foreign investment to seek development and to achieve the goal of reform and development.The key is to identify these factors in order to facilitate our better decision-making.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction.This paper shows the background and significance of research,the domestic and foreign scholars for the field of research and the research framework of this article,and finally pointed out the innovation and shortcomings of this article;the second part gives the definition of equipment manufacturing and the definition of FDI and the necessity of using foreign direct investment in equipment manufacturing industry.This part also analysis the theoretical basis of this article and research on the theory of FDI in the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province;the third part is the current situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province,this part will analyze the general situation and characteristics of FDI in the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province.And find out the problems in the process of using FDI in equipment manufacturing industry according to the actual situation and characteristics.The fourth part constructs the analysis frame by using the influencing factors of FDI in equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province.The last part is conclusions andcountermeasure,And makes a quantitative analysis of these factors.The results shows that the investment situation of fixed assets in the province,FDI in services,equipment manufacturing market size,equipment manufacturing industry international competitiveness and equipment manufacturing labor costs,these factors affect the FDI in equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province.Among them,the investment level of fixed assets and the scale of equipment manufacturing industry have the greatest impact,and there is a strong negative correlation between the the investment level of fixed assets and the use of foreign direct investment in equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning province.Based on the theory of foreign direct investment,this paper uses Eviews8.0 to analyze the multivariate linear regression of time series data,and uses metrological regression method to study the influencing factors of FDI in equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,it puts forward some countermeasure suggestions on how to make use of FDI efficiently in equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province and how to make better use of FDI to promote the development of equipment manufacturing industry.The possible innovation of this paper is that it applies the FDI influence factors into the empirical analysis.And analyze the combined effects of these factors.It is of realistic guidance significance for equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province.
