Research To The Influential Factors Of Consumers To Participate In Food Safety Regulation

Food safety is an important issue related to the health of consumers,but in recent years,the problem of food,involving a large range,the consequences of serious,triggering scholars on food safety supervision research,the public is also aware of the strengthening of food importance of safety regulation.Safeguarding food safety is not only dependent on the self-discipline of suppliers,the regulatory role of the market itself,the regulation of the government,the increasing participation of consumers,but the willingness of consumers to participate is the basis of their behavior,so this article intends to find out which factors The willingness of the consumer to participate,and how it affects it.On the basis of reading literature,this paper puts forward the factors that affect the willingness to participate in supervision(participant characteristics,food safety perception,supervision perception,information transmission perception,participant perception,individual characteristics and so on).Through the survey of consumers in Jinan City,the variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and verification of the proposed assumptions,and ultimately come to the consumer to participate in food safety supervision of the influencing factors,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This provides the theoretical basis for promoting the participation of consumers in food safety supervision,and has important practical and theoretical significance.In this paper,it is found that the factors influencing the consumers 'participation in supervision in food safety supervision are food safety perception,supervision perception,information transmission perception,participation perception,education level and occupational background,among which food safety perception factors affect consumers' The impact of the highest,followed by the professional background,participation in the way perception,information transmission and other factors.This paper also verifies the individual characteristics and perception of food safety control variables as information transmission,perception,relationship between perceived participation,the level of education and participation awareness,food safety awareness is positively related to income;positively influence consumers perception of supervision;occupation background and willingness to participate is a positive relationship,supervision and food safety awareness,awareness,participation awareness,perception of information transfer did not show obvious relationship.According to the results of the study,the following suggestions are put forward to improve the willingness of consumers to improve their participation in food safety supervision:(1)to improve the overall educational level of our people and to innovate the introduction mechanism of the state organs;(2)the relevant departments to strengthen the food(3)to establish and improve the construction of information disclosure platform to enhance the publicity of food safety knowledge;(4)smooth flow of consumers to participate in food safety supervision channels.
