With the fast development and progress of society,the uncertainty of business environment is increasing day by day.Enterprises more emphasis on innovation in order to respond to the rapid changes in the environment.The traditional job responsibilities and job description are also changing,this current situation makes individual accountability very important.Accountability means not only doing things right,but what is more important is to do the right thing.Previous studies on individual accountability have neglected the influence of interpersonal relationships.The behavior of an individual's behavior depends largely on the social network form and the position in the social network in which they are located.Therefore,this article will focus on the individual social network,through the empirical research to test if the consultative network and the emotional network forms will have an impact on individual accountability.Social psychologists often use trust to reflect the quality of social network(Zhou et al.,2009).This study argues that the individual social network has different quality level,which reflects the trust status of interpersonal relationships in the network.This study will explore whether network trust plays an intermediary role in the impact of individual social networks on individual accountability.Combined with China's unique cultural situation "Chaxu Climate",this study also test whether the Chaxu Climate moderates the relationship between employee individual social networks and individual accountability.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of the individual responsibility,the employee individual social networks,the network trust and the Chaxu Climate.Secondly,based on the review of existing research,this paper constructs the research model,and puts forward the research hypothesis.Then,through the Internet to collect 407 questionnaires of Guangzhou,Shanghai,Beijing,Hefei,Suzhou and other places of employees,and based on the research data to test the hypothesis and make statistical analysis using EXCEL,SPSS 16.0,AMOS7.0 and other statistical software.The main conclusions of this study include:(1)The social network of employees has a significant positive impact on individual accountability;(2)The social network of employees has a significant positive impact on network trust;(3)The network trust has a significant positive impact on the individual accountability;(4)The network trust has the mediating effect on the influence of the social network of the employees on the individual accountability;(5)The Chaxu Climate has moderating effect on the relationship between employee social network and the network trust.This paper lets the network trust as a mediator,considers the role of Chaxu Climate as a moderator,studys the impact of internal employee social network on individual accountability behavior,to a certain extent expands the research field as individual accountability mechanisms.Based on the results of the study,the proposed policy recomendations can be used for reference by the enterprise through the construction of the management atmosphere and the adjustment of the relationship between the staff.
