The Empirical Analysis On The Poverty Reduction Effect Of Rural Financial Development In Gansu

The focus of poverty in China is in the west,and the key to poverty in the west is in the countryside,Gansu province poverty population,poverty range,deep poverty,poverty is difficult,which is typical in the western region and the whole country.Since the reform and opening up,the Gansu provincial Party committee and the provincial government have been committed to poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,the province's economic growth has maintained steady and rapid growth,poverty alleviation work has also achieved remarkable results.In order to achieve a comprehensive well-off society and all targets in 2020,Gansu Province in the precise poverty alleviation to tackle tough period,rural financial development as an important tool for poverty alleviation,take a variety of effective means of rural financial institutions to reform and adjust properly,give full play to the role of poverty reduction in rural finance.Therefore,through careful analysis of the situation in Gansu Province,in-depth study of the poverty reduction effect of rural financial development in Gansu Province,not only can for our country to implement precise poverty to provide practical experience and the basis of strategy,enrich the financial results of poverty reduction,and can provide measures and policy suggestions are more feasible and effective to improve the rural financial poverty reduction effect.First of all,this paper introduces the research background and significance of the topic,and puts forward the research questions.On the basis of understanding the research results at home and abroad,specific research objectives are set up,and detailed research ideas and research methods are formulated in the first chapter.The second chapter theoretically slow mechanism to analyze the poverty of rural financial development,elaborated the rural financial mechanism and poverty reduction directly by slowing economic growth and income distribution function mechanism of poverty.Secondly,starting from the poverty rate and the per capita net income of farmers,this paper makes descriptive statistical analysis on the level of rural financial development and poverty in Gansu,and then makes empirical analysis.The first part is the empirical analysis of the direct and mediating effects of rural financial development on rural poverty reduction by means of the state space model and the mediating effects test method in Gansu.The results show that:(1)the development of Gansu rural finance significant reduction in the overall effect of poverty,and generally showed the first decline after rising trend;(2)the coexistence of Gansu rural finance in promoting the rural poverty reduction in the process of direct effect and mediating effect.The second part: with the help of panel threshold regression model,identify the nonlinear structure of the relationship between rural financial development to mitigate the influence of poverty,the conclusion on the basis of research shows: Gansu rural financial development scale,structure and efficiency of rural poverty alleviation effect is nonlinear,showing the distinctive characteristics of the threshold,and municipalities(state)has an obvious regional difference.Finally,according to the results of the empirical analysis and the actual situation,some suggestions are made for the establishment of the rural poverty alleviation policy in rural areas of Gansu province.
