Spatial Distribution And Optimization Path Of Rural Residential Land In Loess Hilly Region

This paper takes Yuzhong County in typical region of loess hilly area as the study area.First of all,in order to sum up the distribution law and the existing problems,this paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of rural residential areas by using exploratory spatial data analysis,landscape pattern index and location feature index.Secondly,on the basis of the existing problems,this paper uses cluster analysis to classify the rural residential areas.Then combined with the problems of various types of residential optimization path.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The spatial distribution characteristics of rural residential areas are obvious,and the overall distribution pattern is concentrated.The density difference between South and North residents greatly decrease northwards.The scale of the residential area is characterized by the high value of agglomeration,the scale is uneven,the mountainous area is small and scattered.Morphological characteristics and spatial morphology affected by topography and other natural conditions.The layout of mountain area is scattered and complex,irregular,lack of scientific planning.In terms of regional characteristics,the quality of rural settlements,traffic accessibility that all at a low level.Public infrastructure is backward and imperfect.In terms of land intensive,the per capita rural construction land area presents the characteristics of high and low in the North.The per capita rural construction land seriously exceed the standard,a serious waste of land use.(2)Based on the existing problems of rural residential areas,this paper uses the method of system cluster analysis to divide 266 administrative villages in Yuzhong into four types: advantage development,potential development,general problem and problem concentration.Based on the existing problems of four types of districts and the actual development situation,the paper puts forward four optimization paths: "Integration of urban and rural areas,integrated development","scientific planning,focusing on development","supplement short board,internal tapping" and "reasonable guide,move the village and point".
