| The inter-regional exists a general correlation,with the economic globalization is becoming more and more strong,the industrial structure adjustment and transfer to accelerate the inter-regional industry between more closely promote inter-regional linkage effect is benefical to promote the inter-regional resource factors orderly flow,promote regional development of cohesion and enhance the competitiveness of regional development.Xinjiang as an important window open to the west of our country,in the “the Belt and Road”strategic of a core position,is an important hub of linkage inside and outside.The quantitative industrial spatial production clearly between Xinjiang and 29 provinces can optimize the production chain division layout and promote China's inter-regional and Xinjiang economic coordinated development,providing basis reference for scientific and reasonable planning.This article is based on the “2010 China's 30 provinces of 30 departments inter-regional input-output table”.First of all,we establish “spatial linkages index between industry” for seek for industrial spatial linkages between Xinjiang and 29 provinces in China based on the average propagation length(APL),however,we don't know relationship in the intermediate inputs and final consumption between the Xinjiang and 29 provinces 30 departments in the actual production process.Furthermore,through calculating output sectors in each provinces in process of the food production in 2010,we analysis major production activities of Xinjiang in 29 provinces of China and major production activities of 29 provinces in Xinjiang,and we explore and the industrial production space linkages mechanism between 29 provinces in China and Xinjiang.Finally,on the whole we investigate industry association between Xinjiang and 29 provinces in China,using the modified Generalized APL(Generalized APL,referred to as “GAPL”)to explore the Xinjiang's position in the national production chain,in order to resolve status and role of Xinjiang in the production chain of the nation's.Results show that:(1)It is prominent that inter-industtry linkage with energy raw materials.(2)Inter-industry linkages remains to be furtherstrengthened with Xinjiang and other provinces of Transportation equipmnet manufacturing industry and Construction industry.(3)Lack of consists of the third industry,high-end and emerging areas of industry correlation between levels of show.(4)Xinjiang is located in the middle and lowe reaches of the China production chain,with the other provinces inter-industry linkage limited a few provinces,and the promoting function of Xinjiang to the other provinces is greater than the provincial pull function.To strengthen the inter-industry linkage between Xinjiang and other provinces industry,this paper puts forward suggestions for the following four aspects:(1)Priority to development of industry of the strongly inter-industry spatial linkage with other provinces,to promote Xinjiang upgrade traditional industry department,to forced the broad regional markets.(2)Combined with Xinjiang and other provinces industry advantage,promote the upgrading of industrial structure optization,upgrade manufacturing associated with provincial deep and large scale “together”.(3)Extension of inter-regional production chain,and promote the coordinated development between all kinds of industries.(4)Play to the geographical advantages,expend inter-industry linkage effect with the Tourism industry,high-end and newly-developing field.The tertiary industry,including tourism,development potential is huge in Xinjiang,with the aid of geographical advantages,break the artificial boundaries between provinces,build inter-regional touriam belt. |
