Subject Of Regional Logistics Cooperation Based On The Blue Economic Zone Of Shandong Provinces

Modern logistics as an advanced organization mode and management technology has beenconsidered “the third profits source” in industry and plays an important role in the nationaleconomy and social development. With the development of economic in our country, thegovernment has realized that the development of modern logistic plays an important role foroptimize economic structure, improve the investment environment and improve the overallcompetitiveness of the economy of the region and has formulated planning and policy aboutlogistic in the east area of the regional economic development fast. Therefore, the subject aboutregional logistics becomes more significative.With the development of economy, regional logistics has made rapid development in ourcountry, but the research about the theory of the regional logistics is relatively backward andthere are many problems in the management system, management concept and logisticshardware facilities. January4(Th),2011, the state council replied “blue economic zonedevelopment planning of Shandong peninsula” as the first file. The file is the first nationaldevelopment strategy in the beginning of the twelfth of the Five-Year-Plan and the firstregional development strategy with the Marine economy as the theme. The plan puts forwardsthat the development of ocean transportation logistics is more important, but how to overcomethe facing problems of the development of regional logistics and develop the regional logisticsin the blue the economic region in the new situation, the orientation and the method is veryimportant.According to this, in this thesis we first select the four big harbor cargo throughput ofShandong peninsula as indexes and forecasted the trends of the development of regionallogistics cooperation in blue economic zone, which is based on the analysis of the currentregional logistics development present situation and existing problems, then analysis of theeconomic region blue industrial similarity from the point of view of industrial isomorphism andconstruct the framework of the development of the regional logistics cooperation in blueeconomic zone, at last, we put forward the countermeasures about the development of drop andpull transport in blue economic zone under the background of Land ocean transportationbetween China and South Korea, combining the new dynamic of the transportationdevelopment.This thesis is divided into six chapters: In the first chapter, we firstly introduce the backgrounds, the meanings and the mainresearch results of this dissertation. And then we introduce the main contribution of this thesis.In the second chapter, we select the four big harbor cargo throughput of Shandongpeninsula as indexes and forecasted the trends of the development of regional logisticscooperation in blue economic zone.In the third chapter, we build the framework about the regional logistics cooperation fromthe perspective of industry.In the forth chapter, we put forward the countermeasures about the development of dropand pull transport.In the fifth chapter, a summary of the research results is given.
