With the rapid development of economy and technology as well as the acceleration of global integration process,a wide range of uncertainties has increased significantly,which attracts people's attention to risks and more and more enterprises' and scholars' attention.Risk is everywhere,ranging from a specific work of individuals to a project of enterprises,and even to major decisions related to the destiny of the country.Possible risks can occur at any time and place.If the risk occurs,it will cause great impact on capital and property,personal safety,social security and even national security,bringing immeasurable loss.Therefore,how to take scientific methods to effectively predict risks and appropriate technical means to avoid risks reasonably is an important management activity that every organization should pay attention to.Risk management formed in the early twentieth Century,and it is an important part of project management activity.In the fields of business,finance,construction,medical,defense,etc.,the risk management is widely applied and practiced.In recent years,the electric power industry also began to introduce risk management.Especially in power construction project,risk management plays an indispensable role.Power construction projects have features like long-construction period,much capital investment,high-level difficult technology,high management standards,a wide involved range,high security risks.The difficulty and complexity of power construction project is generally higher than the average project,so does risk probability and expected loss.Therefore,continue to strengthen and enhancerisk management has profound realistic significance in electric power industry.On the basis of systematic study of risk management theory and the combing of management practice of power construction project,this paper analyzes the application of risk management technique and method in power construction project.Through the deep coordinated analysis of power construction management team and experts,the project characteristics of power construction project and the risk factors that may be faced in different construction stages are mastered.Use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to build a risk assessment model of Zaha Nur 220 kV power transmission project.The ranking of risk factorsand risk degree evaluation index are made from environmental risk,management risk,economic risk,safety risk and technical risk.Through analysis,high risk factor statistical table is formulated so as to achieve the effective integration of qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method.The construction of analysis model changes extensive management model which power enterprises completely relied on to judge risk in the past.It provides a more accurate and reliable reference for project decision makers,it is also an effective tool for power enterprise to carry out the risk management.
