Traditional construction enterprise human resource management will be a lot of time and energy spent in the management of personnel files,the calculation of distribution of daily administrative affairs,such as cumbersome hr daily work efficiency is low.With the development of Internet technology,various forms of enterprise human resource management information system has been developed and used in the enterprise human resources management,effectively improve the efficiency of the human resource management,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.In this context,it is necessary for the present situation of the construction enterprise human resources management,establishes the optimization of enterprise human resource management information system,optimize the integration of construction enterprise's human resources information management integration,this to promote the competitiveness of the construction enterprise itself,improve the construction workers work enthusiasm,reducing the cost of building enterprise personnel problems has very important significance.S company is based on the construction enterprises as the research object,first of all,the status quo of S company's human resources information management system are analyzed,and find the existing problems,and through the design of survey questionnaires,questionnaires,using factor analysis method,analyzes the company S human resource management information system optimization.From the function of internal optimization and external security measures put forward the company S human resource optimization countermeasures of the construction of the information management system,and designed a "five dimensions,three levels" optimization of human resources information management system.Finally,based on the company S to a nuclear power plant construction project as an example,to verify that the "five dimensions,three levels" architecture to optimize enterprise human resources information management platform development and implementation of the system.Field research in this paper,the research shows that:first of all,the results of factor analysis showed that company S human resource management information system requirements can be divided into five categories,respectively is:organization management,personnel,information management,salary management,recruitment training information management module,and data statistical decision module.Secondly,the article construct the "five dimensions,three levels" of human resources information management system has a large amount of information integration and reflect fast quick,multi-sectoral cooperation advantages,can better serve construction enterprise human resource managemen.
