In recent years, the exhibition industry can be put on apar with tourism industry in the economic value. But because of some characteristicsof the exhibition work, the exhibition enterprise gradually entered a developmentbottleneck. Especially for small and medium-sized private enterprise, survival anddevelopment difficultly in the double pressure of external strong competitors andinternal management. In this paper, we use Taizhou H Exhibition Company as anexample, Based on the consideration of the external and internal problems thecompany faces, the paper seek to analyze its human resource managementsystem.And we seek to identify the keys of problem from the enterprise post setting,staff salary, staff recruitment system, training system, staff appraisal system, incentivesystem and other aspects. And based on the competency theory, find out thecompetence elements on the main position for H exhibition company, especially onthe salesman positions, and building up competency model. Finally, based on thecompetency model of the conclusion of human resources management system in Hexhibition company: to optimize the position setting and salary system, employeerecruitment and training system, employee evaluation system and incentive system,and gives some improvement suggestions and find out the safeguard measures.
