With the coming of knowledge economy and the intensifying of marketing competitions, the focus of the enterprise competition has also turned from the competition of materiel resource such as financing and substance to the competition of human resource. How to improve the responsibility of its faculty and stuff, to encourage their enthusiasm of working, to reduce the loss of talents has become a sharp problem.It probes into the demand of human resource management to the information system, aiming at the present situation of corporate human resource management, applying the human resource management theory based on strategy, and the"5P"model of human resource. According to these requests, the author sets up model of the information system of the human resource management. The essay gives the information system estimation principles and index. The index, which consisting of 8 first level indexes and 27 second level indexes, adopts level analysis model to ascertain the weighting of the index, and the result of analyzing has indicated that the estimate index of the information is feasible.
