| According to the overall arrangement of the No.1 document of the Central Committee,strengthening the construction of the comprehensive experimental station can not only improve the quality of agricultural science and technology extension service at the grass-roots level,but also promote the development of modern agriculture.At present,the development of modern agriculture determines the development trend of modern economy,and plays a vital role in agricultural science and technology.Compared with traditional agriculture,modern agriculture mainly uses modern science and technology,management methods and production materials provided by modern industrial production to carry out agricultural production.For our country,is at a critical moment in the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,rural development and the existence of many problems,and accelerate the construction of comprehensive experimental station can solve the problems in rural areas and promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.The "new rural development comprehensive test station" is a regional development view,to test station as the carrier to agricultural science and technology and advanced production together,and take it as the source of radiation driven demonstration,the development of the surrounding area,thus forming a demonstration area,will eventually advanced agricultural technology extension to rural areas,drive the development of the regional economy,to solve the problems of rural development.At present,the country is strengthening agricultural colleges in modern agricultural science and technology promotion of innovation and technology in the service,and strive to explore the research institutions based on the research of teaching mode with the combination of integrated services,improve the construction of colleges in rural areas and the role in the development of service.Anhui Agriculture University as a technology one,according to the central deployment of the creation of the New Rural Development Research Institute,and the establishment of new rural development comprehensive experimental station,and then through the test station of the "bridge" role of the advanced agricultural production technology,the new model is extended to rural areas,so as to improve the modern agricultural extension model in Anhui Agriculture University as the main "1+1+N".This paper is the development of a comprehensive experimental station in Anhui Province,the establishment of the planning and design of Hefei city Lujiang Guo River New Rural experimental station;first an overview of the purpose and significance of planning the origin,research status,planning,and practice of Guo rural development comprehensive experimental station(hereinafter called Guo River test station)regulations design is studied.Secondly,analyze the present situation of Anhui Province,Guo River Experimental Station of Hefei City,by a detailed analysis of the status of planning conditions and test station construction background basis;and then put forward the overall positioning,development ideas,further to the construction project within each partition gradually expanded and the preparation of detailed planning and design,planning,construction of experimental station with detailed content.Finally,the overall benefit of the whole test station is analyzed,and the guarantee measures,management and operation mechanism of the test station are analyzed.Finally,hope that through a deeper understanding of the new rural development planning and construction of comprehensive experimental station,to enlighten the development of modern agriculture,but also on the production of modern agriculture in Lujiang province and the process has played a very good role in promoting and demonstration. |
